We understand that choosing your website partner isn't a decision to be taken lightly. You have to be sure you get it right. Here are some of the questions that we're commonly asked from clients.

How long does it take to build a website?

It really depends on the size of the website but once we have agreed on a design and we have the content you'd like to use, it typically takes 48 hours for our team to build your website. So if you signed up with us on Monday, your website could be live as early as Wednesday.

What will I need to provide?

The main thing we'll need from you is the content for the website. If you have a website currently and you want to keep the content from there, our team can copy everything across and insert it into the new design. We will also need your login for where your domain is held in order to connect it to your new website and publish it online.

Do I need to provide you with images?

You can if you like. There may be specific images you'd like to use in which case you can just send them across to us. Aside from any images you'd like to use, we have a library of thousands of images and icons that can be used for your website.

How do I pay and what do I pay for?

We offer a monthly payment plan for all our packages or you can choose to pay it upfront. Paying upfront will secure you a better rate.

Aside from paying for the creation and design of the website, you will also need a Leadpages subscription which you will pay directly to them. We will set you up with a Leadpages account from the start as this is where your website will be built and ensures that you retain full ownership and access to your website.

Having a Leadpages account also allows you to manage the website yourself moving forward - meaning you can make edits whenever you like and add or remove pages.

Will you show us how to use Leadpages?

Absolutely. Once your website is built, your Account Manager will go through Leadpages with you and show you the basics.

I don't want to manage the website myself, can you do it?

We can. We provide a monthly support package where we will manage your website and make any changes you need.
